<br/><br/> Department of Agriculture Secretary Dr. William D. Dar administered the virtual oath taking of 54 employees of NFRDI central office and research centers. The appointment and promotion were made possible after the NFRDI plantilla was approved in February 15, 2019 with the release of the Notice of Organization Staffing and Compensation Action (NOSCA) approved by the Department of Budget and Management.
