All workers are entitled to work in an environment where risks to their health and safety are adequately controlled.Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the Human Resource Management Unit (HRMU) has commenced a tool to monitor their employees daily. Despite the high risk of communicability of the virus, NFRDI has maintained a low infection rate for the last few months. As a precautionary measure, mandatory swab testing for all employees was done on September 11 and 14, 2020.
