N2  - Research-based fisheries technologies on aquaculture and postharvest from the Technology Business Incubation (TBI) projects of the Department of Agriculture – National Fisheries Research and Development Institute (DA-NFRDI) have helped improve the agri-aquapreneurship skills of 60 fishers and 14 organized groups. This resulted in an average increase in the return of investment (ROI) by as much as 26.3 percent as reported at the end of the project implementation in December 2022
