<br/><br/> A substantial amount of fish by-products is being generated during fish processing. Despite their potential as a source of protein, these by-products go to waste. However, with the technologies developed to convert them into a valuable resource, what was once considered fishery waste can now be turned into profit-earning endeavors, reducing postharvest loss and contributing to environmental conservation.
