520 3 _aCanned fish loaf is a new product developed in the technological laboratories of the Fisheries Utilization Division of the Phlippine Fisheries Commission. In product acceptability tests undertaken, it was confirmed that canned lish loaf could compare very well with a popular imported variety of meat loaf in terms of palatability, texture, and eye appeal. The product is excellent from the point of keeping quality and possesses no problems on storage.
