Last December 9, 2020, the Scientific Career System (SCS) held a virtual oath-taking for the country's newly conferred and upgraded career scientists. SCS is a system of recruitment, career progression, recognition, and reward of scientists in the public service as a means of developing a pool of highly qualified and productive scientific personnel.NFRDI is proud to have AcademicianDr. Mudjekeewis Santos, Chief of the Training Division, as one of the virtual oath-taking participants as he was upgraded from Scientist II to Scientist IV.
