The National Fisheries Research and Development Institute-Fisheries Postharvest Research and Development Division (NFRDI-FPHRDD) and Training Division (TD) collaborated with the Villar SIPAG Foundation and the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Region III to train smallscale smoked fish processors coming from Bulacan and Pampanga on November 24, 2021 in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.
