Technical staff from the Department of Agriculture-National Fisheries Research and Development Institute (DA-NFRDI) underwent eight-week training on the different aquaculture technologies developed by the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC) to upskill their technical knowledge and ensure the promotion of sustainable fisheries and generation of aquaculture livelihood opportunities.
