To raise income and elevate fish production, the DA-NFRDI, in partnership with the Villar SIPAG Foundation (VSF), trained 35 participants through the “Fishkwela: Tilapia-Hito Polyculture and Postharvest Technologies” on September 6-7, 2023 in Bacoor, Cavite.
