Members of Abra Diocesan Teachers and Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative (ADTEMPCO) were trained on value-adding technology to equip them in mitigating postharvest losses during tilapia and catfish overproduction. The training, held on April 12-13, 2022, in Pidigan, Abra is part of the Technology Business Incubation (TBI) project titled, “Upland tilapia and hito grow-out culture in Abra,” which aims to increase the production of fishery commodities through a strengthened public-private partnership to ensure sustainability
