Subject: Guidelines on NFRDI IEC Materials Distribution & Monitoring and Workflows
In line with the exigency of service and to streamline the distribution and monitoring of Information, Education and Campaign Materials published by the Institute, the following guidelines are hereby developed and adopted for implementation:
General Guidelines
1. Upon publication of NFRDI IEC materials, all operating units are required to provide one physical copy and one digital copy to the Library Unit to be included in the collection.
2. Copies of IEC materials intended for distribution will be coordinated with the Library Unit for proper documentation and monitoring. NFRDI operating units or employees requesting IEC materials for distribution are required to submit the completed IEC Materials Distribution and IEC Feedback Forms following the distribution.
3. Interested individuals and organizations may request a single physical or electronic copy of IEC materials. For physical copies, the requesting party is responsible for arranging pick-up or courier services. Electronic copies will be delivered via email.
4. Subscription to physical copies of IEC materials is exclusively available to organizations. Distribution via courier shall be conducted on a semi-annual basis, upon availability and consolidation of IEC materials.
5. Subscription to electronic copies of IEC materials can be availed by interested individuals and organizations. Upon availability or posting of electronic copies, arrangement and delivery will be conducted via email.
6. Subscribers of physical or electronic IEC materials must submit an accomplished IEC Feedback Form and filled-out request form to maintain their subscription.
